(2) With respect to individuals, their financial assets shall not be less than RMB 3 million or their personal average annual income in the last three years shall not be less than RMB 0.5 million . (The aforementioned financial assets referred to in the preceding paragraph include bank deposits, stocks, bonds, fund units, wealth management plans, bank financial products, trust plans, insurance products and futures rights and interests etc.)
The following investors shall be deemed as accredited investors:
(1) Pension funds such as social security funds and enterprise pensions etc. and social non-profit foundations such as charitable funds etc.;
(2) Investment plans established according to law and filed with AMAC;
(3) Private fund managers and their employees who invest in the private funds they manage ; and
(4) Other investors specified by CSRC.

Chen Kai
· Chairman of Shanghai Future Capital.
· Mr. Chen graduated from Fudan University with a Master’s degree, and has 22 years of experience in security investment.
· He worked as an investment manager in security investment department and as a manager in strategic trading under the asset management arm for Industrial Securities during 1993-2011. His fund had outperformed the index for 8 consecutive years during 2001 - 2008.
· Mr. Chen is a value investor pursuing a prudently active investment style. He is particularly familiar with finding under-valued stocks.
Ju Wei-Chun
· President of Shanghai Future Capital.
· Mr. Ju holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Wuhan University, and a Master’s Degree from Fudan University.He has 19 years of investment experiences.
· He worked as various roles for Industrial securities, including a research analyst in research center, an investment manager in security investment department, and an investment manager in asset management arm.
· He is specialized in short - to mid - term trend trading, which tends to achieve better returns in bull markets.
Peng Li
· Head of Risk Management for Future Capital.
· Mr. Peng holds a PhD degree from Wuhan University.
· He worked as an asset management manager for Everbright Securities, the Executive General Manager for Everbright Futures, and the Chief Executive Officer for Shanghai Chun Pu Investment.
Wu Qi-Hua
