Shanghai Future Capital was established in March, 2016, with RMB 11 million of paid-in capital. The employee ownership scheme ensures that all members and the company itself are heading toward the same direction. Most of the core members of the company’s stock investment department used to work for Industrial Securities. They have more than 20 years of investment experiences and have thrived the challenge of bear and bull markets. They are all team players with remarkable investment and risk management capabilities and specialties.
In 2016 the company introduced a quant-focused Greenwich Trading Team from Taiwan. Its members had received industry-wide recognition and awards, including the “Annual Trade Diamond Award” and the “Best Securities and Futures Award” by Taiwan Future Exchange, and also the “Neighbor Star Award” by China Good Private Offering.
The company successfully registered with AMAC, Asset Management Association of China, in July 2016 (registration number P1032181), and obtained observatory membership in December 2017. Currently the company has launched a dozen of products through corporation with other institutions including Industrial Securities, Huarong Securities, Soochow Securities, China Fortune Securities, Citic Securities, First Capital Securities, Orient Securities, Shanghai Securities, Chinalin Securities, Everbright Securities, Guosen Securities, Huatai Securities, Huatai Futures, and Industrial Futures…etc. As of June 2017, the company’s total asset under management is around RMB 3 billion.
